Our fynax law firms came together for this year's fynax BootCampus at the beginning of May in Berlin: at the Mitosis Lab in Berlin-Neukölln - a location with a unique flair and a district with many faces: lively, vibrant and full of contrasts. After a warm welcome from ETL CEO Marc Müller at the opening of the two-day BootCampus, the law firms were given an overview by fynax head Saravanan Sundaram of the marketing measures implemented over the past year. Further talks and presentations followed on the topics of team development, personnel recruitment and tax and business optimization.

Exchange of experience as a strategic success factor

ViDA, ERP systems and supply chains, e-invoicing, expansion of the one-stop store - tax consultant Peter Backes from TaxLaw gave the participants an important update on VAT developments in the digital age at EU level and implementation efforts. In addition to the content input, the fynax BootCampus was also about sharing experiences. How will the tax assistant profession change after the reorganization of tax assistant training? How is the tax assistant profession changing and what do trainees and employees need to bring to the table? External guests such as Moritz Spangenberg from Unlock LinkedIn were also invited. With his guest contribution and the fynax "case study", the law firms received important input on recruitment and the current relevance of social media channels with regard to the future of tax consulting.

After the intensive discussions and presentations, we enjoyed comfort food with a glamor factor at the charismatic restaurant "Kante" in the trendy Wrangelkiez district of Kreuzberg: our guests were able to look forward to modern fine dining with freshly produced and regional dishes, such as the creamy burrata from Prignitz water buffalo. This was a great way to start the night in Kreuzberg.
