Content Creator (m/ w/ d)
Your mission:
- With your creative ideas and a good feel for trends and our community, you plan and create targeted video content on our social media channels.
- You recognize interdependencies from which you can derive recommendations for the further development of our content strategy.
- You give fynax a face on our social media channels and interact daily with our communities on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok & Co.
- You identify trends, plan content independently from brainstorming to implementation
- You will also be jointly responsible for the conceptual development and implementation of the social media strategy and the development of new channels
- You work across teams with the management of fynax, marketing and the editorial team
- You create reports and evaluations using common analysis tools
You bringst with:
- A degree or comparable training in communications, copywriting/marketing, digital media or linguistics or several years of relevant professional experience in social media content creation. Ideally, you have already established your own social media presence.
- A very good understanding and feel for the trends on the most important social media platforms
- You have detailed knowledge of all common social networks and their applications and you have no difficulty in drawing the right conclusions in the performance analysis of your project (focus on Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube is a plus)
- You are characterized by very good knowledge in the creation of moving images, are experienced in front of the camera and ideally have already set up your own social media channels.
- You have very good knowledge of Adobe image and video editing software (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- You have a keen aesthetic sense for images, color and typography
- You impress with your hands-on mentality and work in a structured and independent manner
- You have a perfect command of the German language
- Knowledge of SEO optimization and content marketing is an advantage
