The legal professional title of tax consultant/tax consultancy was awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany.

The profession of tax consultant is essentially subject to the following professional regulations:
a) Tax Consultancy Act (StBerG)
b) Implementing regulations for the Tax Consultancy Act (DVStB)
c) Professional Code of Conduct (BOStB)
d) Tax Consultant Remuneration Ordinance (StBVV)

Service and information obligations

  1. The professional regulations to which we are subject within the meaning of Section 3 DL-InfoV can be found on the homepage of the Federal Chamber of Tax Consultants at www.bstbk.de (under "Ihr Steuerberater/Berufsrecht").
  2. In accordance with § 4 DL-InfoV, we would like to point out that the remuneration agreement concluded between us is valid. The StBVV also applies. The specific fees are determined by the circumstances of the individual case. We refer you to the homepage of the Federal Chamber of Tax Consultants at www.bstbk.de. You will find further information there under "Your tax advisor/remuneration".

Scope: The territorial scope of the insurance cover is for services in the Federal Republic of Germany; foreign business premises are not maintained.

Participation in a dispute resolution procedure
We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz - VBSG). However, we would like to point out that in the event of disputes concerning the client relationship, there is the possibility of appealing to the above-mentioned Chamber of Tax Consultants responsible for us for mediation in accordance with Section 76 (2) No. 3 StBerG.
