Highlights: Our fynax team at the E-Commerce Expo 2023 in Berlin

E-commerce value creation, CX optimization, the omnichannel shopping experience or the possibilities of the Metaverse universe for the online industry - the topics covered by exhibitors and experts at this year's E-Commerce Expo (EBE) are diverse and in tune with the times. Our fynax team and Directors Saravanan Sundaram and Nadja Müller was on site and, as the main stage sponsor, offered visitors important insights into modern tax consulting in online retail that reflects the digital zeitgeist.

This year's edition of E-Commerce Berlin Expo brought together over 9,000 participants for the largest e-commerce event in the German capital. With more than 250 exhibitors, around 70 expert presentations on five stages and informative workshops and panel discussions, EBE sees itself as one of the most important networking platforms and enablers for the exchange of knowledge and experience in the industry.

How modern tax consulting works

In the first trade fair appearance of the year for the fynax team, our managers Saravanan Sundaram and Nadja Müller, together with tax consultant Tim Hütte, gave a talk on the "state of the art" in their masterclass on "Modern tax advice in online retail" and discussed what modern tax advice for e-commerce should look like.

In the interactive interview, you discuss, among other things, the initial contact with the online retailer, explain how bookkeeping is handled and provide information on where the greatest need for advice exists in your target group.

Both on stage and away from the fynax stand, Saravanan, Nadja and Tim impressed with their technical expertise and their easy and relaxed manner. They explained to visitors why tax consulting is not just a dry processing of quarterly figures, but rather an organic construct that is constantly evolving and changing, just like the industry itself.
