Your Tasks:

• System administration of the Salesforce environment, in particular with regard to user-defined applications, authorizations, security settings, objects and workflows
• User, authorization and release management
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support key business functions and meet project goals, customer requirements and company objectives
• Managing the day-to-day support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instances
• Implementation of long-term improvement measures to ensure compatibility with the evolving requirements of the contract
• Collaboration with various internal departments, especially with Marketing & Sales
• Communicate with end users to analyze project objectives and performance requirements including specifications for user interfaces, custom applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
• Support in the design of data models for Salesforce use as a central interface for business KPIs and support for business and process analyses
• Careful, continuous and conscientious documentation of the Salesforce platform
• Support in enabling internal colleagues to exploit the full potential of the Salesforce platform (if necessary, co-design of training concepts and implementation of training courses) and in projects in the CRM context
• Continuous monitoring, optimization and adaptation of Salesforce in cooperation with all process participants

You bringst with:

• Successfully completed technical studies/training in the IT field or comparable qualification through experience
• At least 1 year of experience in the administration of Salesforce applications
• Experience in the development of user-defined components such as custom objects, page layouts, flows, lightning pages, lightning components, reports and dashboards
• Knowledge of Salesforce objects and their relationships
• Knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP) is a plus
• Experience in the creation of technical and test concepts in relation to IT systems
• Sound knowledge through Salesforce certificates is an advantage
• Experience with product-oriented teams and agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban is a plus
• Very good written and spoken German language skills required
• Very good understanding of complex workflows and the ability to implement them structurally and programmatically
