Sipping a cocktail from a coconut on a white sandy beach on a dream island in the Pacific - sounds like a vacation. In conversation with Alisa Jahnke, one of the three founders of the jewelry and lifestyle brand Purelei, our fynax managers Nadja Müller and Saravanan Sundaram really felt like taking a trip - to Hawaii. Because co-founder Jahnke lost her heart to the picturesque island. She returned again and again, even studied there for a semester and knew one thing for sure: she wanted to bring the "aloha spirit" to Germany.
In the new Thanks for Shopping episode, Jahnke talks about the beginnings of her store, the expansion of the brand and also gives an insight into future plans. Because Purelei is more than just an online jewelry store, it's a way of life.
‚We live Aloha' and we also show this on all their platforms and social media sites, explains Jahnke. She now employs around 200 people and is slowly making a name for herself beyond the borders of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In her opinion, what is essential for her success? A story! And of course: her love for Hawaii.
