fynax at the OMR Festival 2022: These were our highlights

From influencer marketing and metaverse to keynotes from industry pioneers - the digital industry celebrated its comeback at the OMR Festival 2022 for the first time after a two-year break due to the pandemic, offering plenty of inspiration and the opportunity for extensive networking.

In addition to the more than 500 exhibitors and 800 speakers who filled a total of six exhibition halls with their stands and presentations, our fynax managers Nadja Müller and Saravanan Sundaram and their team were also represented at the marketing event of the year in Hamburg. According to the organizer, almost 70,000 visitors attended the trade fair.

The Yellow Stage provided the audience with a wealth of marketing knowledge on a wide range of topics. Well-known speakers shared their insights on technology, e-commerce, platforms and customer relationship management (CRM), including our fynax managers together with tax consultant Jens Bosch.

Nadja Müller and Jens Bosch took to the stage to explain why digitalization does not stop at tax consulting and why it is so important to work on a data basis, especially in e-commerce - and they were able to convince the audience. The hall filled up in no time at all.

Another highlight was the live OMR recording of our Thanks for Shopping podcast. Where is the next trend heading and what is out in the scene? Together with Linda Hoffmann from shopify, our hosts talked about the latest trends in online retail and why an omnichannel approach has become so important.
